- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various departments
Required Qualifications and Education
- J.D. and license to practice law
- Five or more years of experience in a law firm or in-house at a library, non-profit, or technology company
- Deep subject matter expertise in US and EU intermediary liability regimes
- Experience working in a remote-first organization
- Enthusiasm for the mission of providing universal access to knowledge
