CPA Accounting Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Enablement Specialist to join their Product Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide specialized accounting support during customer implementation
• Lead billing and accounting product implementation for new customers, including coaching on journal entries and reconciliation processes
• Create and maintain an internal accounting knowledge base and external training materials for customers

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices; CPA certification is highly desired
• Significant experience in an accounting role, particularly in K-12 private schools
• High proficiency in Excel, especially in creating macros for automating journal entry processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements
• Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
