Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business and Financial Operations Manager, responsible for leading accounting operations and ensuring financial data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Supervise and develop accounting staff, providing direction and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting
• 1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a professional accounting environment
• Experience with ERP systems and data reporting tools
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks
