CPA Licensed Private Equity Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Accounting Services in Private Equity Fund Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of financial statements and capital statements to investors
• Manage client relationships and serve as an escalation point for internal and external inquiries
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members while assisting with business development objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in performance management and staff development
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Advanced degree (MBA or MSA) in Accounting or a related field is strongly preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred
