Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Intercompany and Consolidations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate worldwide financial results and operating data for US GAAP reporting and budget and forecast purposes
- Reconcile and confirm intercompany balances between international affiliates
- Support audit processes and collaborate with various teams to provide timely support and documentation
Required Qualifications
- US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
- Big 4 public accounting experience is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of post-public accounting experience
- Experience with NetSuite ERP
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, including intercompany accounting and transfer pricing
