Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes in accordance with GAAP
- Lead monthly trend analysis meetings and prepare related documentation
- Research accounting guidance and draft technical accounting memos
Required Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (or on path to certification)
- Minimum of 5 years of related accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years with a Master's degree
- 2-3 years of experience preparing GAAP financial statements and technical accounting memos
- BS/BA degree with an emphasis in Accounting
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
