CPA Technical Revenue Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Technical Revenue Accounting to manage technical analysis and compliance processes related to revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate revenue accounting for contractual arrangements under ASC 606
- Provide guidance on technical revenue recognition matters and enhance processes around revenue-related financial metrics
- Support internal and external audits and assist in compliance with statutory reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 6 years at a Big 4 accounting firm and SaaS/tech industry experience
- CPA designation is required
- Subject matter expert in ASC 606
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively
