CPA Transaction Advisory Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Advisory Supervisor, Post-Close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute methodologies for technical work products, including working capital true-ups and revenue recognition
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely communication and task completion
• Develop relationships with clients and assist with transactional accounting matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 5+ years of related experience
• CPA designation or working towards it
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
