Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRE Portfolio Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing commercial real estate banking customer relationships
- Underwrite new commercial real estate loan requests
- Ensure overall portfolio performance and asset quality remains strong
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CRE/C&I underwriting experience with a minimum of 4 years in commercial real estate/C&I portfolio management
- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and industry dynamics
- Knowledge of portfolio management in a banking environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or Mathematics
