Credentialing Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist, Corp Credentialing (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Process credentialing applications and evaluate for accuracy and completeness
- Request and follow up on recredentialing applications and manage provider status
- Monitor ongoing provider files and review alerts for sanctions and exclusions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or participation in a CPCS progression program
- Previous experience leading, guiding, or mentoring others is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
