- Research and respond to credit bureau disputes from customers and agencies
- Utilize internal systems and third-party data to ensure accuracy in credit reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and federal regulations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in Financial Services
- Knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to collections, including FCRA
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends as required
