Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Specialist/Admin to manage advancements to their CRM and support Sales team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM platform (Hubspot) and implement enhancements for the Commercial strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify opportunities for acceleration
• Develop sales processes, maintain customer databases, and create reporting dashboards to track performance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM implementation and project management
• Experience with Hubspot and marketing automation tools integration
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets
• Proven collaboration experience with cross-functional teams
• Ability to enhance data usage strategies within the CRM
