Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cross Award Manager to lead efforts in coordinating with USAID supply chain contractors and managing organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination with USAID and other contractors during contract transition
- Implement continuous process improvement initiatives and training related to organizational change
- Manage the transition of supply chain responsibilities from the current contractor
Required Qualifications and Education
- Five years of experience in change management or organizational transformation
- Twelve years of experience in management consulting or organizational management
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Relevant experience with USAID-funded or public health projects
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
