Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cross Award Manager to lead efforts in coordinating with USAID supply chain contractors and managing organizational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination with USAID and other contractors during contract transition
  • Implement continuous process improvement initiatives and training related to organizational change
  • Manage the transition of supply chain responsibilities from the current contractor

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Five years of experience in change management or organizational transformation
  • Twelve years of experience in management consulting or organizational management
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Relevant experience with USAID-funded or public health projects
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
