Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cross-Functional Operations Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for registrar-related inquiries via phone and technological platforms
  • Ensure accuracy of information, provide training to employees, and assist with special projects
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance Registrar functions

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience using customer-facing systems and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work and maintain productivity under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) is preferred
