Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer interactions in a team setting in a contact center environment
- Act as a front-line triage for urgent and less complex issues, developing solutions for customer questions
- Monitor system, identify issues, troubleshoot, and escalate complex cases as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of business experience
- 1-2 years of customer support experience via phone and multi-channel
- 1-2 years of prior customer facing HCM or related experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting configurations
- Experience transferring knowledge in a training environment or virtually preferred
