Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to adapt to change and deliver presentations effectively
- Tactfully handle customer critical issues and work in high-stress environments
- Risk analysis, remediation planning, and understanding customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience with Azure platform and equivalent AWS
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, MBA preferred
- Proven project management experience and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with Epic EHR and Epic certification required
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications
