Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to adapt to change and deliver presentations effectively
  • Tactfully handle customer critical issues and work in high-stress environments
  • Risk analysis, remediation planning, and understanding customer needs

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience with Azure platform and equivalent AWS
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, MBA preferred
  • Proven project management experience and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with Epic EHR and Epic certification required
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications
