Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage service relationships and strategies for assigned customers
- Support execution of annual customer account plans and lead open enrollment presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business development and operational improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of benefit account management experience supporting a benefit consulting team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Life & Health Producer's License
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
