Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Solutions Strategist to join their Global CX & Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical sides, serving as the product owner of the Experience Management (XM) capability
  • Develop a roadmap for the strategic advancement of experience management capabilities
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Qualtrics platform, supporting users and aligning its capabilities with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in Customer Experience or a related role in a tech-driven environment
  • 3-5 years of experience with CX platforms, particularly Qualtrics XM
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale tech initiatives from planning to execution
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in technology and customer experience
