Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer interactions and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by resolving system-related issues that impact customer experience
- Act as a liaison between sales, internal teams, and end users to facilitate communication and process improvements
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Solid analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
- Familiarity with CRM systems and excellent computer skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask across systems
- Industry knowledge, preferably with experience in Six Sigma or LEAN methodologies
