Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer interactions and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team by resolving system-related issues that impact customer experience
  • Act as a liaison between sales, internal teams, and end users to facilitate communication and process improvements
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Solid analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask across systems
  • Industry knowledge, preferably with experience in Six Sigma or LEAN methodologies
