Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via telephone and Internet for inquiries and basic support issues
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, escalating more technical issues as necessary
- Track and document support requests, ensuring accurate customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Ability to type 25 wpm
