Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via telephone and Internet for inquiries and basic support issues
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, escalating more technical issues as necessary
  • Track and document support requests, ensuring accurate customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
