Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through the setup process and ensure their success with the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one onboarding sessions with customers, focusing on list growth and campaign optimization
  • Develop creative onboarding strategies and ensure customers meet onboarding health targets
  • Collaborate with customers on marketing strategies and maintain strong relationships for long-term loyalty

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS
  • Experience in ecommerce or martech preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to maintain a consistent experience
  • Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment preferred
