Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through the setup process and ensure their success with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one onboarding sessions with customers, focusing on list growth and campaign optimization
- Develop creative onboarding strategies and ensure customers meet onboarding health targets
- Collaborate with customers on marketing strategies and maintain strong relationships for long-term loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS
- Experience in ecommerce or martech preferred
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring
- Strong process orientation with the ability to maintain a consistent experience
- Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment preferred
