Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to assist customers in filing insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and accurately enter initial loss reports into the claims system
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims status and provide updates
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer communications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate a computer for extended periods
- Capable of sitting or standing for full work shifts
- Ability to handle normal office distractions and interruptions
