Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to assist customers in filing insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and accurately enter initial loss reports into the claims system
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims status and provide updates
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer communications

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a computer for extended periods
  • Capable of sitting or standing for full work shifts
  • Ability to handle normal office distractions and interruptions
