Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in a remote location in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet production and quality assurance standards for inbound and outbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service by following company and customer-specific policies and procedures
- Assist callers with medical billing questions, financial assistance programs, payment plans, and processing payments
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of customer service support over the phone in a remote setting preferred
