Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote in CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and identify customer assistance needs related to health care eligibility, claims, and payments
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems and providing accurate responses
- Document information in computer systems while building strong relationships with members and providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during normal business hours with flexibility for occasional overtime
