Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, upselling products and services to clients
• Resolve customer-related issues and concerns effectively
• Manage accounting and invoice-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
• Ability to learn specialized software programs and navigate databases
• Experience with standard office equipment
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Availability to work any assigned shift in a 24/7 environment
