Customer Service Support Rep - Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Rep - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high call volume environment, research and communicate complex information clearly
• Assist clients and patients with insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and billing inquiries
• Process credit card payments, document conversations accurately, and maintain billing system records

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of applicable experience
• XIFIN experience preferred, knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes highly desirable
• Computer proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and database experience
• Experience with Laboratory Billing and LIS desired, Medicare/Medicaid billing experience preferred
