Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate Sr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for team members
  • Lead engagement on high interaction accounts and manage complex renewal opportunities
  • Implement revenue retention and growth strategies, and manage risk to customer success

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Experience managing Inside and/or Mid-Market accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience
