Key Responsibilities
- Identify ownership for each part of the customer journey and collaborate with account management
- Lead a team to drive continuous improvement and manage customer escalations
- Oversee customer onboarding, training, and support processes while monitoring technical issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Engineer Team Lead
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze customer metrics
- Proven track record in defining and executing customer journeys
- Bachelor's degree required
