Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and ensure value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire relationship with customers, establishing trusted advisor connections
  • Develop success plans outlining critical factors, metrics, and recommendations for customers
  • Lead cross-functional projects to meet and exceed customer expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SMB or Mid-Market with a focus on customer retention and expansion
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
  • Experience in FinTech is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to communicate business needs and impacts effectively
