Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and ensure value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire relationship with customers, establishing trusted advisor connections
- Develop success plans outlining critical factors, metrics, and recommendations for customers
- Lead cross-functional projects to meet and exceed customer expectations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SMB or Mid-Market with a focus on customer retention and expansion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
- Experience in FinTech is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proven ability to communicate business needs and impacts effectively
