Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Quote Analyst to manage renewal quoting activities and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive effectiveness and reduce time spent on renewal quote creation
- Create, review, amend, and track customer renewal agreements for all products and services
- Collaborate with Renewal and Licensing teams to ensure timely and accurate quoting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years' experience in an Operations or Product role within a B2B organization
- Experience in Customer Success Operations, Contract Creation, or similar roles
- Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM; familiarity with Gainsight, NetSuite, and Walk-Me is desirable
- Ability to effectively use business tools such as e-mail and spreadsheets
- Experience in identifying process gaps and improving business processes
