Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate to assist their community of educators and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the platform and provide responsive live support via chats, emails, and phone calls
- Identify, investigate, and resolve technical or usage issues while advocating for customers
- Work cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and contribute to internal process improvements
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service or early education experience
- Experience providing live support to customers is preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
