Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support-Network Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead high severity incidents, providing timely updates and communication
- Perform initial triage on networking devices and manage break fix activities during incidents
- Create Root Cause Analysis reports for severe outages and propose permanent fixes to eliminate recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge
- Experience with incident and service management
- Familiarity with networking technologies such as routers, switches, and SD WAN
- Ability to work occasional out of hours for critical outages
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
