Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support-Network Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead high severity incidents, providing timely updates and communication
  • Perform initial triage on networking devices and manage break fix activities during incidents
  • Create Root Cause Analysis reports for severe outages and propose permanent fixes to eliminate recurring issues
Required Qualifications
  • CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge
  • Experience with incident and service management
  • Familiarity with networking technologies such as routers, switches, and SD WAN
  • Ability to work occasional out of hours for critical outages
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role
