Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their go-to-market team and enhance customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust with customers by responding quickly and accurately to requests for assistance
  • Provide technical support to resolve issues related to the platform and enhance user experience
  • Advocate for customers by communicating their needs to internal teams and assisting in onboarding and retention efforts

Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of customer support experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment
  • Experience in a high-growth startup
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
  • Familiarity with integration of merge tags in Microsoft Office applications is a plus
