Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests via ZenDesk, identifying and communicating resolutions in a timely manner
  • Create reusable responses and author customer-facing FAQs
  • Develop expertise in the product and monitor communication streams across various channels

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role within the SaaS or startup space
  • 1-3 years of experience with Zendesk or similar technologies
  • 1-3 years of experience with Stripe or similar technologies
  • Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
