Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX UX Research Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address critical user needs and impact business objectives
Create research strategies, plans, and approaches to measure user experiences
Ensure designs meet usability standards, user experience best practices, and branding guidelines

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Design, HCI, Behavioral Sciences, or related field
2+ years of User Experience Research or related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years with a Master's degree
Knowledge of UX design principles, design thinking, and research methods
Proficiency in analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data
Experience with design collaboration tools and user research platforms
