Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Conversion Developer (PeopleSoft FIN).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze PeopleSoft Finance and HR data structures for migration to a new ERP
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and develop conversion strategies
- Assist in data extraction, transformation, loading, testing, and documentation processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data conversion development, preferably with PeopleSoft Finance
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft data structures and conversion tools
- High proficiency in SQL and People Tools, including Application Designer and Integration Broker
- Knowledge of data mapping, modeling, and integration concepts
- Ability to manage complex data conversion activities independently
