Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Entry Associate to support data enrichment tasks for a healthcare client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and verify information using online databases
- Review and complete enrichment tasks as defined by the client
- Execute data entry tasks and follow up with state boards for statuses
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes
- Experience in call center or related customer service roles is a plus
- Availability for 40 hours per week starting immediately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Stable internet connection and computer-savvy skills preferred
