Data Manager for Population Health

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Manager for Population Health Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a central data management infrastructure for a grant portfolio focused on Hepatitis C, HIV, and syphilis screening and treatment
• Partner with grantee sites and grantors to understand reporting requirements and design collaborative data management processes
• Oversee the REDCap database, provide technical assistance to grantee teams, and coordinate with data owners to enhance data entry and reporting automation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical research or grant data management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a health care or scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Experience with grant-funded programs and reporting
• Familiarity with EMR and claims data preferred
• Interest in public/population health and health equity strongly preferred
