- Manage a book of business focusing on retention and expanding portfolio growth
- Utilize data and tools to measure performance and drive owner retention and revenue
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or vacation rentals
- 3+ years of experience leading or coaching sales individuals or account managers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
- Ability to lead in a dynamic and high-growth environment
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and delegation skills
