Defense Travel Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Defense & Government Travel Consultant II (experienced - virtual position).
Key Responsibilities
- Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
- Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences while providing informed recommendations
- Handle a variety of bookings, including complex itineraries and resolve any issues that arise during travel
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
- Advanced knowledge of Sabre GDS
- A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
- Military experience/certifications may substitute for some requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow
