Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass required testing and adhere to assigned schedules
