Deputy Project Manager

Job Summary

A consulting group is seeking a Deputy Project Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the institutional support component of the project, oversee embedded staff, and recruit for new positions
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to handle contract deliverables, contribute to reports, work plans, and staffing reports
• Lead recruitment activities, facilitate client meetings, negotiate salaries, and support staff onboarding and orientation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of three years' experience in human resources and talent acquisition
• Experience managing junior- to mid-level professionals, coaching employees, and using applicant tracking software
