Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deskside Technician II to provide IT support in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and laptop technical support for Windows and Mac operating systems
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, including mobile devices and peripherals
- Maintain system configurations, track customer incidents, and manage IT asset inventory
Required Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification or similar accredited program
- 3 years of professional repair experience on PCs, including laptops and technical workstations
- 3 to 5 years of Windows client administration experience
- Experience with inventory management of IT assets
- Ability to work on-call and provide after-hours support as needed
