Key Responsibilities

Identify potential operational issues with software and workflows prior to production release
Coordinate software and application deployments and testing across various environments
Investigate and resolve escalated customer problems via Tier-2 production tickets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer or Software), Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting production releases
Good understanding of software development, releases, testing, and database management
Strong analytical and project management skills
