Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Digital Accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate ICT for WCAG compliance and develop reports with remediation recommendations
- Serve as the digital accessibility SME, advising on compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Lead a team of Accessibility Analysts, managing workload and promoting a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in digital accessibility management and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or UX Design
- Experience with VPAT reviews and WCAG compliance
- Proficiency in accessibility evaluation tools and assistive technologies
- Knowledge of accessibility laws, regulations, and product development lifecycle
