Digital Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RPA/Digital Business Analyst to enhance patient and provider experiences through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage automation implementation across various Lines of Business and document workflows and processes
• Support the development and review of business requirements and ensure readiness for automation
• Educate and mentor team members on automation best practices and manage stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a related IT field
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, is preferred
• Experience with UiPath and MS Power Platform is highly preferred
• Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies
