Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption for a diverse portfolio of SMB customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute scalable engagement strategies to support over 500 accounts, focusing on retention and satisfaction
  • Provide expert guidance to customers through various communication channels, offering tailored product support
  • Utilize customer success platforms to monitor adoption, maintain records, and communicate effectively with customers
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting SMB & Mid-Market customers with a high volume of accounts
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk and customer experience tools such as Gainsight PX is a plus
  • Experience working remotely with international teams
  • Proven ability to maximize adoption and retention at scale
