Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Organizing Manager to engage and mobilize supporters to increase voter turnout through digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital organizing across various voter contact programs and develop engagement strategies
- Lead the implementation of the Shape Up the Vote campaign, managing budgets and outreach efforts
- Develop and manage digital content across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
Required Qualifications
- At least two election cycles or 1-2 years of organizing or outreach experience
- Commitment to electing Democrats and increasing voter turnout
- Experience with customer relationship databases and digital engagement tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications
