Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales.

- Hire, onboard, train, develop, and manage a team of 4-6 sales account executives
- Develop and execute a plan to exceed quota targets every quarter
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive a coordinated Go-To-Market approach
Required Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements
- Over 10 years of experience in SaaS-based solution sales
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal closing processes
- Ability to effectively articulate value propositions to customers, including executive-level stakeholders
