Director LTSS Program Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director LTSS Program Develop, Operations and Regional Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end clinical implementation of LTSS community service vendors and programs
• Develop national metrics and dashboards to monitor contract requirements and quality outcomes
• Drive operational excellence and support adherence to Medicaid requirements across health plans

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid Managed Care
• 3+ years of experience working in a matrix organization
• 2+ years of experience with DSNP and LTSS populations
• 1+ years of experience in a C&S health plan or similar role
• Proven ability to manage projects, set objectives, and evaluate results
